Couch to 5K

Couch to 5K

Nantwich Running Club will run a Couch to 5K programme commencing Saturday 16th May 2026. This will run for 9 weeks every Saturday morning at 9.30am, starting at The Barony gravel car park off Middlewich Road, Nantwich.

We offer 'homework' sessions on Tuesday and Thursday evenings and more details of these will be shared when you sign up.

Our run leaders will support and guide you weekly and the program will graduate with the 5K being run at Crewe Parkrun on Saturday 11th July 2026 .

The course fee is £20.

£10 of the fee is redeemable against membership to Nantwich Running Club should you choose to join during the programme or after graduation.

This is open to anyone over the age of 16 years.
